Bite Delight was founded by Ibim Lawson, hailing from Rivers State, Nigeria. After graduating from Valley View University in Accra, Ghana, he felt a divine calling to start his business. “I was inspired by the Holy Spirit to drop my certificate and start selling roasted plantain (Bolè) and fish,” he said. Starting with a modest investment of 50,000 Naira, Lawson purchased a small canopy, pots, and chairs, and began his entrepreneurial journey with one full-time staff member and a handful of clients, making a profit of 500-1000 naira daily, Despite facing challenges and making these minimal profits initially, his passion for the business kept him going.

Today, Bite Delight has grown exponentially. The business now boasts 10 full-time employees and over 20 part-time staff, all working tirelessly to serve their growing customer base. Remarkably, this success has been achieved without taking a single bank loan.

As Lawson and his team continue to serve the people of Port-Harcourt, their story stands as a testament to the power of passion, faith, and community support.
